Christine Lamb was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1966. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana (cum laude 1988) and received her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill (1991). Christine clerked for The Honorable George R. Hodges, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of North Carolina from 1991 to 1993. Since 1993, she has been engaged in private practice representing banks, mortgage lenders and mortgage servicers in bankruptcy and foreclosure actions. Her practice also includes deed reformation, title disputes, bankruptcy and foreclosure litigation, and defense of regulatory TILA, Reg Z and Fair Debt Collection claims. Christine has been a speaker on varied topics involving creditors’ rights.
