After beginning his legal career in his native state of Virginia, Kevin moved to Charlotte and later became a founding member of our practice in 2014. With over thirty years of experience, Kevin focuses on commercial real estate, business and commercial transactions, and business representation and planning. His practice includes commercial real estate acquisitions and financing, title examinations, asset purchases, commercial leases, incorporations, and the formation of limited liability companies (LLCs).

Kevin engages clients in discussions to determine their priorities so that together they are able to identify issues, potential resolutions, and available options. This method enables him to achieve optimal outcomes efficiently. Kevin works diligently with meticulous attention to detail and is dedicated to serving his clients and helping them achieve their goals. The client satisfaction that comes with a positive outcome is Kevin’s greatest reward. By working with his clients for many years, Kevin cultivates deep relationships that help him anticipate their needs and preferences for their businesses or transactions.

Kevin’s wife, Cassandra, is also an attorney and maintains her own practice. They have a son, who is pursuing a PhD, and a daughter, who will attend physical therapy school after she graduates from college. The family shares a love of animals that includes owning a dog, Charlie, a long-haired dachshund, along with cats, chickens, and a rabbit. On a nice day, Kevin likes to backpack, hike, or play golf.
