Kevin Tydings was born in Virginia in 1967. He graduated from Woodberry Forest School in 1985, the University of Virginia in 1989 and the University of Richmond School of Law in 1992. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate, business and commercial transactions, and business representation and planning, including commercial real estate acquisitions and financing, title examinations, asset purchases, commercial leases, incorporations and forming limited liability companies (LLCs). In addition, Kevin has experience with SBA lender representation, Interstate Land Sales and Registration, landlord tenant disputes, creditors’ rights, foreclosures and lien enforcement, construction contracts, civil litigation and sports law. He is active in a variety of civic matters including the Boy Scouts of America, Holy Comforter Episcopal Church and the Kiwanis Club of Charlotte. He also enjoys backpacking, hiking and golfing.
