Specific areas of emphasis are motions for relief from stay and similar motions in bankruptcy court as well as foreclosures and replevin actions in the North Carolina state courts.
Our firm offers assistance drafting and reviewing gestational parenting agreements, donor agreements and agreements with surrogacy agencies and clinics. In addition, the firm regularly obtains parentage orders and assists with various forms of adoptions. We represent domestic and international clients.
We have experience in all aspects of zoning and land use including working with local administrators and officials to resolve issues, filing of petitions for changes in zoning, making appeals to the Zoning Board of Adjustment and appealing decisions from the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
